PixelPool is an international 3D visualization company with offices in The Hague, Portland, Sofia, and Wroclaw working together. We combine fashion and technology creating photo realistic visuals for leading design studios and premium retail brands.
We help their designers to communicate and demonstrate their ideas with our visualizations from 3D stills and animations to interactive 3D VR environments and applications

For our The Hague office we are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to help us with hard- and software problems. Some of the main responsibilities you could expect in this role are: 


  •  Offer 1st line support for our Dutch office

  • Maintaining an IT support ticketing system in Jira service management.

  • Local contact for our external Dutch IT network management partner.

  • Join the monthly security meetings with the global security team.

  • Report and manage local incidents

  • Manage ISMS tasks

Job requirements

  • MCSA Windows 10/11 certified 

  • Basic network infrastructure knowledge

  • Very good troubleshooting skills

  • Good English skills, verbal and written, proactive, team player


Nice to have: 

  • Jira / Confluence knowledge

  • Experience with configuring and maintaining a Jira service management project

  • Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)

  • Basic knowledge of ISO27001 and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
