GL Accountant/Financial Controller

PixelPool is seeking a talented GL Accountant/Financial Controller to manage our daily administration, cash flow management, and comprehensive reporting and analysis of project results. The role is a part of a small team and reports to the CFO. If you would like to know the details of your work from start till end and enjoy performing various tasks in the field of finance, then this role might be the one for you.

We are open to meet applicants who are looking to work between 24 and 40 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on involvement in daily financial and accounting tasks such as AP/AR tasks, reporting and processing of payments. 
• Manage and keep record of the monthly and yearly accruals.
• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure adherence to Dutch law and regulations.
• Manage cash flow effectively to support business operations and growth initiatives.
• Drive accurate and timely reporting of project results, providing insights to optimize performance.
• Utilize your expertise in NetSuite and Excel to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic international environment.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, with the ability to leverage technology for financial analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch law and regulations pertaining to financial management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
  
• Fluency in English
