Financial Administrator

We are seeking a talented Finance Administrator to manage our daily administration across offices. The role is a part of a small team and reports to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on involvement in daily financial and accounting tasks such as AP/AR tasks, reporting and processing of payments.
• Manage and keep record of the monthly and yearly accruals.
• Handling employee expenses, vendor bills, invoices and bank postings
• Managing journals, general ledger posting and daily bookkeeping
• Utilize your expertise in NetSuite and Excel to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic international environment.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, with the ability to leverage technology for financial analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge and bookkeeping experience
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
